Guidance from start to finish: Help with wardrobe, posing, and natural expressions. No modeling experience required!
Studio or on-location options: Choose my Boise studio, one outdoor or business location, or a combination of studio and location photography.
Fast in-person selection & support: We choose your favorite images together right after your shoot so there are no surprises later.

THE PROCESS

Choose your date and book online. Your session fee is due at booking, and you can add professional hair and makeup or on-location photography if desired.

Complete a short questionnaire so I can start planning your session. You'll also receive a prep guide and session information to help you feel ready.
Want to leave the hair and makeup to a professional? If you didn't add those services when booking, just reach out! I'll be happy to check my makeup artist's availability.

This is where I take over! We'll start by going through the outfits you brought and deciding what works best with different backgrounds and settings. Then I'll guide you through posing, expressions, and flattering angles so you never have to wonder what to do in front of the camera. We'll keep things relaxed and have some fun along the way!
After your session, we'll review your images together, select your favorites, and discuss your retouching preferences so your final images are edited just the way you like them.
From Camera to Final Image
You'll choose your favorite headshots right after your session. Each selected image receives professional editing and natural retouching, from color and contrast to the finishing details. Yes! Professional hair and makeup is available as an optional add-on with a trusted artist who comes directly to the studio. It’s a great way to feel extra polished and camera-ready, especially if you’re preparing for a big launch, rebrand, or professional milestone.

Session length depends on what you need! A quick, single headshot can take just 15–30 minutes, while sessions with multiple outfits, backgrounds, or looks may take an hour or more.
On-location sessions, especially those combining studio and location photography, may require additional time for travel and setup. I'll make sure we allow enough time for everything without feeling rushed.

Not at all! Headshot sessions are available in my Boise studio or at a location of your choice. We can even split your session between the studio and an outdoor or business location for more variety. On-location photography is available for an additional $100 within approximately 30 minutes of my studio.

After your session, we choose your favorite images together and discuss how you want them edited. Your selected photos are professionally retouched and delivered within two weeks. You’ll receive a digital gallery where you can easily download your final images and start using them right away.
